Tiffany Marshall is the owner and creator of HoneyJems, Inc. The company is still fresh of ideas since June of 2008.

HoneyJems was inspired by her mother, Debra Miller, a faithful ministry leader and loving mother. When she told her mother about the idea she had, Debra gave her the name of HoneyJems.

Tiffany began to brainstorm and go into prayer about the meaning of HoneyJems. HoneyJems is a ministry in all it's own. She was blessed to recieve the answer that she was waiting on. . . to help woman around the world to not only look good, but feel good about themselves.

"I have always been the type of person to tell another woman that she's beautiful. Whether her looks are gorgeous or how she carry herself. I have the spirit to tell when a woman does not feel good about herself; she has very low self-esteem. I mean, a woman can enter into a room and all heads turn on her. That's a woman with a certain energy of self-confidence. My definition of this is that she is a true HoneyJem. There are other woman that someone can easily forget her name or her face. That's the woman with low self-esteem and need that extra push to gain that self-confidence. My website and personal one on one advice is to show woman how and why they feel this way. By the grace of God I am blessed to not only have the OIL of JOY, but to show others they can receive this as well. "

Tiffany Marshall is a twenty six year old woman with one child, a wife and an entreprenuer. She resides in the city of Chicago and love the Lord. The Lord has been her counselor and has recieved the calling to minister to young woman to build thier self-confidence.
