Store Policy



Store Policy for individuals: You can purchase only one handbag at a time. You can get wholesale pricing by going to our contact page and letting us know what items you would like to purchase. We will email you back with the totals.

Minimum Order for wholesale orders only: Our minimum order requirement for wholesale is $150.00 worth of merchandise.

Payment Methods Following payment methods are available from www.fashion-handbags-jewels.com

• Credit Cards: (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, etc). We only accept credit cards through Paypal at this time. *Paypal: We accept payment through Paypal only when purchasing online. Paypal is the safest, easiest way to purchase products when doing business on the web.

• Wire (bank) Transfer: (Available for both in U.S. & Oversea customers). Bank & Company info will be provided with total including shipping cost by email or fax upon selecting “wire transfer” as you check out.

• Prepayment: (Check or Money order). Please send payments to the following address: HoneyJems (Attn: Tiffany Marshall) 9449 S. Kedzie suite 396 Evergreen Park, IL. 60805.

Shipping & Handling store policy: All orders are shipped within 48 hours of payment receipt except weekends & holidays. Shipping is via UPS ground unless special instructions are given by customer. We do not ship to AFO or P.O. boxes. Please specify shipping address when you place an order. It will not be our mistake if items are shipped to wrong address.

Actual shipping charge from UPS will be added to your invoice. Customer will be notified with total & tracking info by email once we ship out the order.

Return Store Policy: If products have defects or damage during transit, you may return it within 2 days from the receipt of when you received the merchandise to receive credit towards next purchase or exchange ONLY. If item is not in stock it will take at least two weeks for you to receive that item. Please note that credits due to out of stock will apply towards next purchase too. You must send an email with Company info, invoice number, and reason for return/exchange prior to returning package to let us know that we should expect a return from you. We do not accept used or worn products for return. THE TAGS MUST BE STILL ATTACHED TO THE RETURNED ITEMS AND IN THE PROPER PACKAGE IT CAME IN. We do not accept returns for products other than defect or damaged during transit. We do not accept sequined bags for return as they are very delicate items except special circumstances. Refused, unclaimed or undeliverable orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee from the total invoice amount in addition to the shipping charges for both ways.
